DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

We proudly deliver flowers throughout Nelson and surrounding areas. If you have questions about whether we deliver to a specific location, please contact us.

  • We currently only deliver to Nelson and surrounding areas, please ensure you are choosing the correct Delivery fee. We have the right to contact you if the wrong delivery fee is selected and your order shall not be sent out until we have collected the correct fee. 

  • CENTRAL NELSON- This includes, Nelson CBD, Nelson South, Toi Toi, The Wood, The Brook, The Maitai, Washington Valley, Stephneyville, Marybank and Atawhai.

  • NELSON SUBURBS- This includes, Tahunanui, Britannia Heights, Bishopdale, Wakatu, Enner Glynn, Annesbrook, Monaco and Stoke.

  • RICHMOND AREA- This includes Richmond, Hope, Appleby and Brightwater.

  • OUTER NELSON SUBURBS- This includes Todd’s Valley, Wakapuaka, Glenduan and Hira.

2. Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11am on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that same-day delivery may not be available during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location and the size of the order. For any queries regarding delivery fees, please contact us.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This will include details of your order and delivery method.

5. Recipient Availability

We recommend that someone be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available to accept the delivery, our delivery team will take the following actions:

  • Leave the order with a neighbor or in a safe location, if instructed to do so at the time of order.

  • Contact the recipient to arrange re-delivery.

  • If re-delivery requires an additional charge, we will inform you before proceeding.

6. Delivery Times

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, all delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic.

7. Special Requests

If you have specific delivery requests (e.g., delivery time restrictions or special instructions), please include this information in the notes section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee them.
