At Foxglove & Find, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our returns policy below:

1. Fresh Flowers:

  • Our fresh flowers are carefully selected and arranged. If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo to assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit.

2. Custom Orders:

  • Custom arrangements are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. However, if there’s an issue with the arrangement, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

3. Delivery Issues:

  • If an order is delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.
